Email enquiries

Email sent to our contact address is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail mailbox. We use this information to answer and prepare an offer: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) applies to contract-related enquiries, and our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) to other correspondence. Photographs should show the furniture and care labels where possible.
Retention and recipients
We retain enquiries while handling them and any necessary follow-up. They are then deleted unless statutory retention duties or the resolution of legal claims require continued storage. Order and invoice records may have separate statutory retention requirements.
